Taradhi is the Ministry of Justice’s electronic reconciliation platform, where parties agree to settle their dispute with the help of a conciliator, and the documented settlement record has the force of an enforceable instrument.
Is an arbitral award binding?
An arbitral award issued under the Arbitration Law has the force of res judicata and becomes enforceable once the competent court issues an enforcement order.
