Osama bin Salamah Aljohani is a lawyer and legal consultant, a member of the Saudi Bar Association, a certified legal practitioner and a doctoral researcher in law.
He combines academic research with practice, having worked in several law firms and government entities in litigation, legal advisory, contract drafting and dispute resolution, as well as regulatory compliance, corporate governance and government procurement.
His research includes a study of administrative contracting through electronic reverse auctions under the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, a field directly connected to the firm’s work in government contracts.
He also develops artificial-intelligence systems and algorithms for analyzing cases and legal documents and for data-driven predictive modeling, applying them to raise the efficiency of the firm’s legal work and the precision of its analysis.
